can someone please tell me when rent prices are going to correspond to the economy?
I'm moving out of my place right now and have this romantic notion of living alone.
this very romantic notion of finding an apartment south of bloor, east of lansdowne, west of bathurst, north of queen, for $700 a month, not a basement, not disgusting.
romantic and impossible!
I just keep thinking I'll walk onto some side street and find a pretty little house with a kindly old portuguese lady who will rent me out her top floor for little money in exchange for me helping her with groceries and gardening.
Because right now it seems all there is is basements with white tile floors at bloor and dufferin.
